I come from a system analyst and computer programming background in business applications initially and then decided to follow my passion and go into Real Estate. I love gardening and enjoy fixing up homes and of course loved HGTV so I decided to make a change and I am glad I did! I have 3 children ages 21, 18 and 13. I am aTemecula CA real estate agent in Temecula CA - I moved to Temecula in 2001 from San Diego CA. I moved here because I have family in Orange County and I wanted to be a little more centrally located . When looking at the Real estate market I realized you got so much more home for your money.When I came to check it out, it was growing by leaps and bounds but Temecula CA still had a great home town family environment with so much to offer.
Temecula is in the Inland Empire of Riverside CA, right on the border of San Diego and about 45 miles from Orange County. We are without a doubt a commuter city because of our location between San Diego and Orange County but make no mistake when you come home to Temecula, there is no place like home!
Temecula offers something for all age groups. Temecula has some of the best schools for our children, just check out the link for school information. Temeculaalso has sports parks and activities galore to keep the fun going for all our youth. Temecula seniors have access to the Mary Phillips Senior Center located in our very charming old town. That couple with our great adult living community there is enough activities to keep everyone having a great quality of life, lots of fun and very busy! Our adult living communities in my humble opinion are some of the best there are! Mom and Dad are not left out here, some of the best places for date night. Temecula Valley has so many beautiful wineries within minutes to Temecula Wine County, great romantic escape for dinner, entertainment or a beautiful viewpoint. Also in Temecula, we have Panchanga a casino, which offers lots of fun even for those who don't gamble (like me) with lots of big names coming for entertainment shows and comedy shows, dancing and much more including a beautiful hotel for an overnight getaway.
Temecula Valley Real Estate is most definitely Resort Style Living with many of the Real Estate Communities offering Resort Style Living including a variety of golf course communities. While the homes in the heart of the Temeculaare perfect for families and fun, the homes in Wine Country and De Luz have generally have acreage, privacy and many are appointed with the finest quality of upgraded workmanship and perched on some of the most spectacular viewpoints that nature has to offer and I mean... aw sticken, nature at its best, breath taking view!!!
Temecula/Murrieta have a small airport for your convenience located in French Valley, right down Winchester Rd. It is specifically for adjacent to the communities of Temecula, Murrieta and Winchester. The airport, located on Highway 79, is only minutes away from Interstate 15 and the 215 Corridor. The wide-open approaches and ground support services accommodate most aircraft including jets and turbo-props. It is small and does not create a huge noise problem but does help accommodate our needs here in Temecula.
Temecula Promenade Mall has another source of entertainment from great restaurants, to movie theater, shopping and more. This mall has been ever changing since I have moved here. A great indoor and outdoor area to roam and enjoy your time. All around the outskirts are a huge variety of addition shopping areas for easy access and convienence.
